Are Your Employees Background Checked?

Yes! Our company follows Oregon’s Ban The Box and Washington’s Fair Chance Act which require employers to wait until a conditional offer is made before inquiring about an applicants background. Once this legal requirement is made we perform a nationwide background check as the final step in our hiring process to ensure only the most trusted cleaners enter your space.

Do You Carry Insurance?

Absolutely. We have a comprehensive $1 Million general liability policy as well as workers compensation insurance on all of our employees in both Oregon and Washington.

Will You Use Toxic Chemicals In Our Home?

We use the safest chemicals available. For general cleaning our chemicals have an HMIS rating 1 or 2 which are classified as a slight to moderate hazard. Our hospital-grade disinfectant of choice has an HMIS rating of 1 with only a 60 second dwell time! Any chemicals, spray bottles, and mop buckets that we bring into your space will have OSHA compliant labels and a readily available SDS.

What Equipment Does Your Company Provide?

We provide all of the equipment, tools, and chemicals to perform the service; this includes backpack vacuums, caddies, cleaning chemicals, accessories, mops and mop systems, personal protective equipment, consumables such as nitrile gloves and vacuum bags, and equipment maintenance and parts on machines that we own.  

What About Consumables Such As Paper Products?

We do not provide consumables such as bath tissue, paper towels, soap, or trash can liners for residential customers as everyone has different preferences and product needs. We restock these items using what is provided in the home.
