Before we can ask you to entrust the care of your facility to us, we would like to share our history with you.

Our company was founded in 2014 as Admirable Cleaning Solutions LLC by my partner Amanda and I where we have had the privilege to care for medical offices and commercial buildings throughout Portland Metro East County, building and maintaining lasting client relationships that have endured to this day.

During this time, and the 17 years prior that I served as a custodian of large facilities, I honed my efficiencies, processes, and equipment choices to consistently produce clean and sanitary facilities for the industries we serve.

In 2025 I was excited to rebrand our business to Niko’s Cleaning Solutions LLC after our beloved Chihuahua Niko, who motivates and reminds us why we do what we do every day.

We are fully committed to the continued growth and success of your business; we understand that every quality clean, consistently delivered, and every interaction with your staff, customers, or patients, makes a difference.
